• What is the processing time for order?

The Processing time is 2-3 days per order. 

• What if  i want to change something after placing an order?

If you request to change anything on a completed order, your order will be cancelled.

• Can i add different shipping and billing address?

The shipping and billing address must match as it is makes sure all the information is correct so your order shipped in a timely manner. 

• What are your rule for refund?

We reserve the right to refuse any refunds or returns at any time.  If Order is cancelled or item is refunded please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to return to your card. 

• Do u fulfill order on urgent basis?  and what are rules regarding any damage?

All orders are fulfilled in the order they are received, this may result in an item selling out before the order is processed.  A tracking confirmation and email (or sms message) will be sent when processing and handling is completed. In the case that a shipment is lost, stolen, or damaged, all orders have insurance and the customer takes all responsibility for claims with the shipping carrier.
